Introduction
• This Refund Policy applies to all payments made through our mobile app.
• We are committed to customer satisfaction and will process refunds in accordance with this policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
• One Time payments for Registration : Though currently the Parent or Service Providers can register for free. Refunds will not be made for Registration fees collected in due course.
• In-app payments: Refunds for in-app payments will be granted before 48 Hours of the event. if the app is not functioning as advertised or if the payment was made in error.
• Other items: Any Other Payment for any services provided in future will not be refunded.
Refund Timeframe
Customers have up to 48 hours from the date of event to request a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
How to Request a Refund
• To request a refund, please contact us by email at kishti109@gmail.com , with Subject line “Refund for Event: ___________”
o Your account username
o Date of purchase
o Reason for the refund request
o Remarks : Specify if any other necessary information is applicable.
Exceptions
• The following are not eligible for refunds:
o Any event which is due in 48 Hours.
o Any other Service Charges collected in future.

• It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By paying any Fees via online, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
• If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not make the Payment.
